An ETFE foil cushion roof was required for the new rhino pagoda building in Berlin Zoo. 11 cushion elements, consisting of four layers of film, form the transparent roof covering. The ETFE dome has a certain height of approx. 37.5 m and is turned into 9 fields by eight parallel arches. Standard smoke exhaust flaps (no ETFE cushions) are planned for the ridge. The covered area consists of approx. 1,100 m².
